Her love of small businesses and the community is reflected in her work with small lodging properties, retail store owners, community publications, and chambers. Her work with volunteer and member-driven organizations to advocate, engage, and build alliances to effectively represent a greater industry at the state and national allows for each participant to build on their strengths and gain new experiences. As a presenter and facilitator, Amy engages audiences to motivate and leave with new and achievable ideas to improve their business, organizations, and communities.
Amy’s go-getter personality started at a young age and is the foundation for starting Amy Hager Solutions. Building a pathway to get from point “A” to “B” and beyond, driving revenues, and new engagement tailored to a business’ strengths and breaking down weaknesses with strategy and tactics is Amy’s superpower.

Virginia - Amy Hager Solutions, LLC is officially open for business!

Amy Hager, Founder and CEO, has 15 years of background in marketing, communications, engagement, community development, and organizational growth. Hager’s inspiration and foundation for starting her own company is built from her in-depth experiences in the broadcasting, publishing, non-profit, technology, and consulting industries. “Providing guidance to a variety of organizations, helping them improve their internal strategies and external voice is what brings me joy,” said Hager. “I want to use my unique skill set to help organizations and companies achieve goals and growth. I didn’t foresee launching my company during a pandemic, but I wanted to continue to move forward knowing that my services could help organizations pivot and continue to lead in the industries they represent. ”

Hager, a holder of the Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) designation and a Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives, adds “many businesses and organizations are shifting to provide services in this unique environment. Even though my clients’ missions differ, all have a commonality in wanting to provide leadership during this difficult time. I want to thank Virginia Council on Economic Education, Cuyuna Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Vista Cova, Brewer Pratt Solutions, Lake Anna Life Publishing, and Results Direct for trusting me to guide them forward.”
